Welcoming Episode 17 of the Pulp Lit Pulpit!

Our Favourite Parts of Being Writers

While I personally have some of the most fun complaining about the woes of the writer’s life (deadlines, anyone?), I wouldn’t change it for anything. In Episode 17 of the Pulp Lit Pulpit, our editors dig deep and discuss their favourite parts about being a writer, and about writing itself. I’m definitely willing to overlook the stress of deadlines and revision for some of the absolute magic we talked about!

Also in Episode 17, you can look forward to an exclusive interview with poet Abner Porzio. Abner Porzio’s poetry has appeared in the anthology Aurora, Volume 02, The Road Not Taken: The Journal of Formal Poetry (Fall 2019, Volume 13, Issue 3), and in the international magazine New Poetry. We published Abner’s poem ‘Californian Illusion‘ in Issue 29 and ‘Ves & Ab Kicked In after Kicked Out‘ was published on the Pulp Literature blog this March. To find out more about what Abner is up to, follow him on Twitter.

Be sure not to miss Jen’s reading of Allaigna’s Song where Allaigna discovers more of her magical abilities, and soon after finds out her life is about to change forever. Mel reads from Stella Ryman and the Fairmount Manor Mysteries where Stella has succeeded in cornering the Fairmount Manor thief but the investigation doesn’t end there!
