‘Get Home Safe’ by Sierra Louie

Sweet Home

In ‘Get Home Safe’ by Sierra Louie, the destination is peace. But is the perilous journey worth the price?

Sierra tells us that ‘Get Home Safe’ is inspired by stories like ‘Thumbelina’ by Hans Christian Andersen and The Secret World of Arrietty (2010), directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi. She is happy to announce that, with the completion of this comic, she has finally learned how to draw a cat.

We are delighted to share with you the first two pages, excerpted here from Issue 41, Winter 2024.
