Don’t Miss Episode 12 of the Pulp Lit Pulpit!

Research Rabbit Holes and How We Write

Issue 29, Winter 2021

Research can be the most fun a writer can have or it can be our worst distraction! So much of writing is research, so how do we do it and how do we do it well? In Episode 12 of the Pulp Lit Pulpit, the editors discuss how they approach research and what role it plays in their work.

Also in Episode 12, you can look forward to an exclusive interview with author and cancer researcher Laura Kuhlmann. Laura’s short story ‘Glimpse of a Goddess’ was second-runner up for the 2020 Hummingbird Flash Fiction Prize and appears in Pulp Literature Issue 29. Her short story “Hear the Colours” was shortlisted for the 2020 Raven Short Story contest. You can find Laura on Twitter.

Be sure not to miss Jen’s reading of Allaigna’s Song and Mel’s reading of Stella Ryman and the Fairmount Manor Mysteries where Stella begins to come up with a plan to uncover the real thief at Fairmount Manor.

Thank you so much for joining me and happy listening!

Your host,

Sam Olson
